I ordered the wrong item, how can I change my order?

If you've made your order within the last 1 hour please contact us urgently. In the subject of your email write your order number and the reason for your email - for example write "Order 1202 Product Change." If more than 1 hour has passed you can still email us however we may be limited in what can be done as our print system is automated.

But we will still endeavour to help as much as we can.

Where is my product shipped from?

We are conveniently located in New South Wales, Australia but we ship using print partners located outside of Australia also.

Depending on which product/s you order will depend on where it ships from.

Why have I received only part of my order?

Our products are packed in individual & fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery for your purchase.

Due to this, some products may arrive at different times.

If your products arrive separately, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.

How long will my artwork take to arrive during busy times?

It can take anywhere to 7-28 days which can be if we order it from our supplier or delays with couriers. We generally advise 7-14 but during busy times it may be longer.
